We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Team Lead – STEAM Trainer to lead a team of engineers and trainers in delivering high quality STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education. This role combines team leadership, curriculum development, and direct training delivery to inspire young learners, support educators, and oversee the deployment of advanced robotics and STEAM labs across schools. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in STEAM, and a commitment to hands-on, experiential learning. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a diverse team of STEAM trainers and engineers involved in curriculum design, educational content creation, and technical support. Oversee the development and refinement of STEAM-focused curricula aligned with educational standards and learning outcomes. Conduct and supervise engaging, hands-on workshops for students (ages 5–17) and training sessions for educators. Collaborate with the Ministry of Federal Education, schools, and other stakeholders to implement robotics and STEAM labs in government institutions. Mentor students during projects, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving. Organize professional development programs for teachers to promote effective STEAM education delivery. Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, government bodies, and industry stakeholders. Ensure quality assurance by regularly evaluating curricula, teaching methods, and program effectiveness. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in STEAM education and integrate them into learning programs. Manage project planning, execution, and reporting for educational initiatives, ensuring timely and impactful delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEAM-related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Education, etc.). 2–3 years of relevant experience in a STEAM training, teaching and in a leadership role. Proven experience in teaching / training STEAM subjects and leading educational initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in coding, robotics, or educational technology. Creativity and adaptability in designing interactive learning experiences. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Previous experience working with diverse student populations is an advantage.
