Job descriptionyears of professional video editing experience Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and / or Final Cut Pro Experience with After Effects for motion graphics and animations Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual flow Experience editing short-form content for social media (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) Ability to edit long-form content (YouTube videos, podcasts, webinars) Knowledge of colour grading and audio mixing / mastering Experience with UGC-style and performance ad editing preferred Familiarity with current social media trends and platform requirements Portfolio demonstrating diverse video editing projects Good written English for client communication and feedback Reliable internet (50+ Mbps for large file transfers) Own equipment (laptop / PC capable of video editing with adequate storage) Ability to meet deadlines and handle quick turnaround projects Competitive USD base salary Uncapped commission structure Work from home - fully remote Long-term placements with growth opportunities Support from Head Hunter throughout your placement
