Senior / Principal Business Analyst

We are looking for a

Business Analyst with a strong financial background

to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of innovative financial products and platforms. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in finance, data analytics, and product management to define requirements, manage development priorities, and ensure successful product outcomes aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team. Translate business and financial requirements into clear product features and user stories. Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer impact. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, finance, compliance, and marketing). Analyze financial data, KPIs, and customer behavior to inform product decisions. Ensure all financial products comply with relevant regulations and internal governance policies. Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the financial domain. Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement. Support development and QA teams during sprints to clarify requirements and validate deliverables. Communicate product vision, progress, and results to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, ACCA or a related field . 3–7 years of experience as a

Business Analyst or Product Owner

in the

financial services, banking, or fintech

sector. Solid understanding of

financial processes , such as payments, accounting, investments, loans, or risk management. Experience working in

Agile / Scrum

environments. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret financial data. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with

financial modeling ,

data-driven decision-making , or

regulatory compliance

(e.g., KYC, AML) is a plus. Preferred Skills

Proficiency in tools such as

JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau , or similar platforms. Knowledge of

SQL

or experience working with data analytics teams. Exposure to

AI-driven finance solutions ,

blockchain , or

open banking

concepts. Professional certifications (e.g.,

CSPO ,

CFA ,

CPA , or

PMI-ACP ) are advantageous. About Us
