About the role :

We are looking for a Creative Designer who can convert abstract ideas into inspirational designs. You will play an integral part in the creative process from concept to development to execution. You will lead the design of various projects across multiple marketing channels, including social media, GTM campaigns, paid media, email marketing, and more. The ideal candidate is an ambitious leader who can balance strategic thinking and creative ideation with stellar execution of requested creative needs. We believe the right candidate is responsible, caring, pragmatic, and communicative (we consider these qualities necessary for success in the role). We hope you have a “happy to help“ attitude. What you’ll be doing : Develop and deliver high-impact, elegant and sophisticated graphics, and other assets to strengthen client brands Translate creative concepts and technical information into assets that speak to the client’s target audience Develop world-class assets, including but not limited to : logo designs, graphic design, social media posts, product marketing visuals, content marketing visuals, brand campaigns, digital, and more Excellent skills in typography and layout, with an eye for elevated aesthetics Create design processes that grow as the company grows Collaborating with Account Managers and Project Managers on client campaigns Communicate clearly to present your work at different stages Who are we looking for? 3+ years of proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio that shows your impact, creativity, and process Are an expert in graphics software, including but not limited to : Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc Strong understanding of design rules and principles and eye for detail & aesthetic A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team Excellent communicator and can clearly articulate your design decisions, knowing that others’ expectations may differ from your intuition Great with moving parts and multiple balls in the air. Doesn’t drop the ball Notice errors, glitches, and things that may fall through the cracks Take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every detail each step of the way Position : Creative Designer Remote Status : Fully Remote Preferred Location : Pakistan Working Hours : 8 am to 5 pm EST Holidays : US Holidays + 22 Paid Leaves per year Salary : PKR 130,000 to PKR 175,000 per month Internal Job ID : BT-0042-KHI Seniority level
