Job Description What You Will Do
Project Coordination :
Lead internal and external project kick-offs
Create and manage project plans and scope
Monitor planning, budget, and quality
Coordinate project teams including clients and third parties
Client & Stakeholder Engagement :
Serve as primary contact for clients and partners
Provide regular updates and reports
Ensure smooth handover to Client Support
Process & Documentation :
Maintain accurate documentation and administration
Ensure compliance with ISO standards
Identify and resolve bottlenecks
Financial oversight :
Manage invoicing and financial tracking suppliers
Manage customer billing
Evaluation & Aftercare :
Conduct project evaluations
Provide after-care and support post-installation
Note :
This is a full-time position that requires adherence to the Central European Time Zone. Remote work is possible.

Technical Knowledge :
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project Software
Familiarity with telecommunication systems and PABX
Prince2 Foundation certification (preferred)
Basic understanding of Evolve IP services and troubleshooting tools
Knowledge of ISO27001 and procedures
Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Sciences
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
PMP Certification highly desired
Excellent client-facing communication skills.
