As a Business Development Associate in our Lahore office, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and positioning Atheneum as the go-to expert network for organizations worldwide. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals with a passion for business development, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities :

Identify and engage with prospective clients across various industries and regions. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with global teams to align strategies and share best practices. Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. Use insights to tailor client pitches and demonstrate the value of Atheneum’s services. Negotiate and close contracts effectively. Partner with Client Services teams to ensure client needs are met seamlessly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM tools. Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
