The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting, organizational, and communication skills. They should be comfortable managing multiple clients and transactions simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooksOnline and XERO.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and payroll processing
- Generate and analyze financial reports to support business decisions
- Assist clients with bookkeeping and QuickBooks-related queries
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Collaborate with the team to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field1–2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and XERO(required)Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reportingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Attention to detail and ability to work independentlyLocation : DHA Phase 6
