Experience :

5–7 years of relevant experience

Nature of Job : Full-time / On-site

Job Responsibilities :

• Strong knowledge of networking (LAN / WAN), firewalls, routers, and switches
• Experience with user management systems, domain control, and network security protocols
• Proficient in resolving both hardware and software / network-related issues.
• Experience with biometric attendance systems and ERP environments is essential.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or ITIL will be considered an advantage.
• Familiar with data backups, disaster recovery planning, and IT compliance
• Proficient in managing internet stability, VPNs, and system performance across locations
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage IT-related crisis
• Willingness to travel to branch locations as required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

(Master’s preferred)
