Telesales Representative / BDR / CSR / Call Centre
We are a fast-growing call center looking for a talented, experienced, and motivated sales executive to join the sales team in our company. The ideal candidate must have experience in sales, B2C / B2B customer service, and call center operations. Responsibilities : Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and clients. Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. Collaborate with other sales executives and team members to develop sales strategies and tactics. Continuously improve sales techniques and methods to increase effectiveness. Achievability against benchmarks. Email handling and follow-ups to prospects. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients. Able to work in night shift ( 6 PM - 3 AM ) This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits. Requirements : Proven experience in International sales, customer service US & UK campaign inbound / outbound. A US accent is preferable. Willing to relocate. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant experience in Digital Marketing / SEO but not preferred. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with CRM Zoho / Hubspot / Salesforce / any other software and sales management tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Telecommunications - Islamabad, Pakistan
