Sales Specialist (Cold Calling)

Overview

CloudRCM Solutions is a fast-growing medical billing company providing end-to-end RCM services to healthcare providers across the USA. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Cold Caller to join our dynamic team and help us connect with doctors, clinic owners, and practice managers. Key Responsibilities

Identify and extract accurate contact data of healthcare providers and clinics in the USA. Make outbound cold calls to physicians, practice managers, and healthcare facilities. Introduce our medical billing and RCM services in a professional and persuasive manner. Generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. Maintain call records, follow up on prospects, and update CRM regularly. Requirements

Minimum

1 year of proven experience

in cold calling, preferably in the

medical billing industry . Strong understanding of

data extraction techniques

(LinkedIn, directories, databases, etc.). Excellent communication skills in

English (verbal and written) . Confidence in handling objections and engaging in meaningful conversations with healthcare providers. Ability to work in a target-driven environment with consistency. What We Offer
