Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field SmartB Solutions, a leading professional services firm located in Petaling Jaya, is seeking a talented Human Resource Lead with 3 years of experience in the Accounting industry for an online / remote position.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage recruitment and selection process, including onboarding new employees Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training programs Provide guidance and support to management on HR policies and procedures Maintain compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations Job Specification

Required Skills :

Proven experience as an HR Lead or similar role Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a remote environment Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
