Marketing Lead

About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Lead for our Lahore office. This role will focus on driving TEKHQS’s brand visibility, digital presence, and lead generation efforts globally. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and campaign execution within the IT / software services industry.

Responsibilities

Drive TEKHQS’s global brand visibility, digital presence, lead generation efforts

Plan and execute social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), and Instagram.

Manage and grow corporate pages, online communities, and digital engagement.

Create engaging marketing content including posts, articles, case studies, and success stories.

Optimize TEKHQS’s website for SEO to improve search visibility and inbound leads.

Track and report performance analytics on traffic, campaigns, and conversions.

Strengthen TEKHQS’s brand identity through digital marketing, podcasts, webinars, and video campaigns.

Coordinate events, exhibitions, and sponsorships to enhance market presence.

Execute B2B lead generation campaigns for ERP, Web2 / Web3, AI / ML, and IT services.

Work closely with Sales & Technical teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Develop marketing materials such as brochures, decks, and case studies for client engagement.

Collaborate on global campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging.

35 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in IT / software services.

Strong skills in social media marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and digital campaigns.

Familiarity with ERP, Blockchain, AI / ML, and IT services industry is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication with creative storytelling ability.

Requirements

Experience : 3 - 5 years of proven experience in marketing (preferably in IT / software services)

Strong skills in social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter / X, Instagram)

Hands‑on experience with SEO optimization & Google Analytics.

Familiarity with ERP, Blockchain, AI / ML, and IT services industry (preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with ability to develop engaging campaigns.

Strong organizational and event management skills.
