About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects, and has hands-on experience with campaign execution, performance tracking, and content coordination across digital platforms. You’ll play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness and drive engagement across our channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management : Set up and manage marketing campaigns within Constant Contact, ensuring all materials, URLs, and assets are accurate, optimized, and tracked properly.
• Performance Tracking : Create and manage Google UTM parameters to monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Social Media Strategy : Develop and implement content calendars and pre-scheduled posts for LinkedIn and Facebook, maintaining consistent and engaging brand presence.
• Content Creation Support : Coordinate and assist with the creation of marketing assets, including videos centered around EQ ID and other strategic initiatives.
• Content Deployment : Strategize and support the rollout of content across multiple digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with campaign goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure all marketing activities align with overall brand strategy, objectives, and timelines.
