Contacting suppliers worldwide to procure specific products at a given price Negotiate with suppliers about the prices and then get a quotation to share with the procurement team. Ensure timely purchase order is sent to the selected / shortlisted supplier Provision of completed documentation to suppliers to sign up Maintenance of record from initiation of contact with supplier till sign up completion Regular follow-ups with suppliers for sign-ups (Emails / Calls) Obtaining product files and quotes from different suppliers Inter department collaboration to ensure the output from sourced supplier Any other task assigned as per requirement. Additional Skills Amazon FBA Wholesale knowledge will be a plus. Job Specification
