Overview
We're looking for a strong, creative, and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations and marketing of our fast-growing businesses in real estate and custom clothing. If you're someone who loves managing tasks, staying ahead of deadlines, and bringing ideas to life with initiative and style — we want you on our team!
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support : Manage and update calendars and appointments
- Administrative Support : Write, respond to, and organize professional emails
- Administrative Support : Track and organize leads and communication in our CRM
- Administrative Support : Maintain spreadsheets and task trackers with high accuracy
- Administrative Support : Proactively follow up on to-dos, deadlines, and project needs
- Marketing & Creative Tasks : Design simple flyers, marketing materials, and social media visuals (Canva or similar)
- Marketing & Creative Tasks : Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Marketing & Creative Tasks : Prepare listing presentations or branding documents
- Marketing & Creative Tasks : Help plan and execute marketing for real estate listings and custom clothing promotions
- Business Support : Research tools, vendors, and trends to support both brands
- Business Support : Coordinate with vendors, clients, or contractors when needed
- Business Support : Suggest improvements to systems, designs, or communication flows
We’re Looking for Someone Who :
Is self-driven, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of tasksHas strong written communication skillsIs comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Canva, CRMs, and spreadsheetsCan learn quickly and adapt between the real estate and clothing industriesThinks creatively and finds solutions instead of waiting for instructionsHas at least 1 year of experience in virtual admin, marketing, or executive supportTools You Should Know (or be willing to learn fast)
