Field Sales Agent – Umrah & Travel Services

Job Summary :

The Field Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling Umrah packages and travel services to customers through direct field visits, client meetings, corporate outreach, and community engagement. The role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing the travel agency professionally in the market.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Sales & Marketing

Promote Umrah packages and travel services to individuals, groups, and corporate clients.

Conduct field visits, door-to-door marketing, and community engagement to generate leads.

Attend events, religious gatherings, and community programs to increase brand visibility.

Present service offerings, pricing, and package details clearly to customers.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and community partners.

Provide exceptional customer service, answering client queries regarding Umrah procedures, documents, pricing, etc.

Follow up with leads, inquiries, and previous clients for repeat business.

3. Documentation & Process Support

Guide customers through booking processes, registration, and required Umrah documentation.

Coordinate with the operation team to ensure smooth processing of visas, tickets, accommodation, and transport.

4. Target Achievement

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.

5. Market Research

Gather competitor information and market trends related to Umrah services.

Suggest improvements in packages and marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Minimum high school graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Experience in sales, especially in travel or Umrah services (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in the field.

Knowledge of Umrah rituals, travel procedures, and related documentation.

Own transport (preferred).
