Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in connecting customers with the right Honda vehicle by following up on leads, handling showroom inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales journey. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and a drive to achieve results in a professional, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Follow-up & Customer Engagement :

Proactively contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email based on leads received from digital platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and showroom campaigns.

Build rapport with customers, understand their requirements, and provide the best Honda model options to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all communications and follow-ups are properly logged and tracked.

Stay updated on all Honda models, specifications, features, and promotions to confidently present vehicle options and address customer queries.

Attend to showroom walk-in customers and conduct outside prospecting visits when required to generate additional sales opportunities.

Deliver a professional and courteous experience throughout the customer journey — from first contact to vehicle delivery and after-sales follow-up.

Work closely with the Sales Manager ensure smooth processing of vehicle sales, documentation, and timely delivery.

Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets as assigned by the management.

Stay informed about competitor offerings, promotions, and market trends to help position Honda models effectively.

Maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business, referrals, and customer satisfaction feedback.
