Job descriptionActed as the coordinator for both internal and external audits, as well as SBP inspections, focusing on the information security function. Managed standards compliance initiatives as the project manager, including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SWIFT CSCF. Served as the custodian of tagged issues and monitored progress related to Board Committees, Management Committees, Internal Audit, Internal Control, External Audit and SBP. Provided assistance to the Head of IS Governance on various special assignments as required. Contributed to the development of Information Security policies and procedures. Assisted in reviewing hardening guidelines prepared by system and application vendors. Provided backup support for the Senior Manager of IS Operations during their absence. Possessed experience in Information Security or IT Operations within a banking environment. Demonstrated strong soft skills, including communication, coordination and time management. Excelled in handling complex trackers and comprehending specific requirements. Effectively managed both internal and external stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, or Cybersecurity.
- 4–5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally within a professional services firm or banking environment.
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer (LI) or Lead Auditor (LA) certification is highly desirable.
- Proven knowledge of relevant SBP circulars and regulatory requirements.
