From Local SEO to Paid Media and Website Management, this agency handles everything for a growing portfolio of businesses. The client also has several other smaller businesses and is looking to build a small in-house agency to service those businesses\' marketing needs. About the role :

We are looking for an exceptional WordPress Developer responsible for the coding, building, and deploying of WordPress websites. It would be best if you were passionate about WordPress and deeply understand how to develop user-friendly websites that can be easily maintained and perform well on all screen sizes and follow all best practices for performance. We believe the right candidate is responsible, caring, pragmatic, and communicative (we consider these qualities necessary for success in the role). This role requires a deep level of knowledge of WordPress Core, Divi Builder, Elementor Builder, and a variety of plugins Building websites from template themes Developing simple brochure websites to advanced lead generation websites Developing with responsive best practices to ensure consistent experience on all screen sizes Performing scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance and security updates and backups Securing and protecting sites from hackers and malware, as well as eliminating risks Actively contribute to projects from start to finish so that the final product is complete and well tested within our promised deadlines Performing any edits or ad-hoc requests received from clients with a sense of urgency Monitor and evaluate websites performance using G4 Analytics Who are we looking for?

2+ years of proven experience in successfully developing and maintaining WordPress websites Experience with Divi & Elementor Builder, Divi & Elementor Themer, and popular Divi & Elementor Builder plugins Experience with optimization of WordPress websites for Google Pagespeed Insights Experience with hosting and deployment of WordPress websites Experience with Infusionsoft / Keap forms and building advanced forms with conditional logic Highly organized and detail-oriented, but you don’t get stopped by the details Extremely flexible and adaptable You\'re amazed and fascinated with technology - you nerd out. Always trying to improve your knowledge and experience. You dive deep into industry blogs and know nothing beats taking action from what you learn Great with moving parts and multiple balls in the air. Doesn’t drop the ball Notice errors, glitches, or things that may have fallen through the cracks and takes the time to fix them or communicate with the appropriate team member 2+ years’ experience working with LeadPages Knowledge and understanding of split testing and the data behind split testing and be able to show the deliverables on the data 3+ years’ proven experience working with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS Knowledge and understanding of Google’s guidelines Position : WordPress Developer Remote Status : Fully Remote Preferred Location : Pakistan Working Hours : 8 am to 5 pm EST Holidays : 20 PTO days per year (Can be used for US or local holidays, etc., accumulating over the year.)
