Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior AI / ML Developer based in Sialkot. The Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence models to solve complex business problems. Daily tasks include building scalable ML pipelines, working with large datasets, developing predictive models, optimizing algorithms, and integrating AI solutions into production environments.

The candidate will collaborate closely with data engineers, software developers, product managers, and UI / UX teams to deliver high-quality AI products.

QualificationsTechnical Expertise

Strong proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and AI model development

Expertise in Python and ML libraries / frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn)

Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI is highly preferred

Strong background in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization

Hands-on experience with REST APIs, AI model deployment, and MLOps workflows

Solid understanding of SQL / NoSQL databases and working with large-scale datasets

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus

Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI / CD pipelines

Knowledge of software architecture, OOP, and microservices is an advantage

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Professional Skills

Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration abilities

Strong time management and organizational skills

Ability to lead AI projects and mentor junior developers

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the SDLC lifecycle

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI / Data Science, or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in AI / ML development

Prior experience in production-level AI / ML deployment is required
