Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing business to meet sales targets.
- Builds and maintain strong relationships with principals and customers.
- Uses in-depth knowledge of company products and services to achieve sales targets.
- Ensuring penetration for new customer base, maximum market coverage, perform account planning and management.
- Prepare proposal and other documentation required for BID.
- Complete training & exams within given time.
- Make sure timely payment and challan recoveries against sales.
- Conformance of company’s quality, security and business policies and procedures.
- To focus and maintain discipline and punctuality.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.Sales Executive focused on outreach and lead generation.Minimum 3 years experience in a Technology Sales Role.Salary and commissions as per the company's policy, along with other benefits.
