Job Description We are looking for a reliable and organised Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate must have excellent spoken and written English, be confident on calls, and be able to follow instructions clearly. You will handle daily communication, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks to keep our workflow smooth and well‑organised.
Responsibilities
Manage daily calls with clients, tenants, team members, and service providers
Keep track of daily tasks, updates, and pending items
Prepare clear notes, logs, summaries, and documents
Perform consistent follow‑ups to ensure timely completion of tasks
Draft professional messages and communicate clearly in English
Maintain organised digital files and accurate records
Assist with coordination between different people and departments
Respond politely and professionally whenever communication is required
Support ongoing operations with timely reminders and updates
Requirements
Excellent English communication (speaking and writing is mandatory)
Ability to confidently handle daily phone calls
Strong understanding of English instructions
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work remotely in a responsible and professional manner
Experience with administrative or operational tasks
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
