Job Description : Topline Study is hiring a confident and creative Receptionist / Social Media Manager who will be the face of our front desk and our online presence. This role combines client-facing reception duties with digital marketing responsibilities, including content creation and on-camera appearances for promotional videos. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, well-spoken, and social media-savvy with a passion for engaging with an audience both in person and online.
Key Responsibilities :
Reception Duties :
Greet and assist walk-in students and clients
Handle phone calls, messages, and emails professionally
Manage appointment scheduling and basic office coordination
Share accurate information about our services to prospective students
Social Media & Content Creation :
Manage daily posts and updates across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan and create content relevant to student consultancy and study abroad opportunities
Record, edit, and appear in short promotional and informational videos for social media
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build our online community
Monitor content performance and suggest growth strategies
Job Specification : Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
Comfortable speaking on camera and representing the brand in videos
Experience with social media tools and basic video editing (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
Professional, presentable, and confident in both client interaction and online appearance
Previous experience in front-desk or digital content roles is preferred
