Job Brief
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting and research gathering, presenting a range of data-driven solutions, and thereafter implementing those solutions. These skills will ensure that the ideal candidate can handle all the responsibilities required for the role. The candidate should be proficient in MS Excel, Google Looker Studio, and Google Sheets to analyze data, develop reports, and provide insights to support data‑driven decision‑making processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Google Looker Studio and Excel to track KPIs related to recovery staff performance, resident invoices, and inventory tracking.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Automate data processing tasks in MS Excel and Google Sheets for efficiency.
- Review CRM reports, filter, and clean data for accurate analysis.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support different departments with data‑driven insights.
- Maintain high‑quality data accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain and update data repositories in Google Sheets and Excel, ensuring data is organized, accessible, and up‑to‑date.
