About the role We are seeking a Product Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join Conrad Labs. In this role, you will design intuitive, user‑focused digital experiences for web and mobile applications. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will contribute across the entire design process—from research and wireframing to high‑fidelity UI design and implementation support.

What will you do?

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user requirements and translate them into actionable design solutions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs using tools such as Figma or Sketch.

Design end‑to‑end user experiences for web and mobile platforms.

Maintain and evolve the product design system for consistency and scalability.

Conduct or contribute to user research and usability testing, incorporating insights into design iterations.

Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and deliver inclusive user experiences.

Participate in product strategy discussions, applying design thinking to influence decisions.

Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

What you bring to the table

2–4 years of professional experience in product design, UI / UX design, or a related field.

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Strong knowledge of UX principles, UI design best practices, and responsive design.

Experience creating and managing design systems.

Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory for digital interfaces.

Familiarity with user research and usability testing practices.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.

Preferred : Experience with prototyping tools or basic front‑end development knowledge (HTML, CSS).

Experience with graphic design is a plus.
