Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to showcase our services. Work closely with technical teams to ensure project scope alignment. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings. Follow up on leads to close deals. Coordinate timely communication with the Tech Team. Manage customer queries effectively.
