Respond to customers via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience What We Offer

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail What You’ll Need To Work From Home
