Job description1.5 to 3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development with a strong emphasis on PHP. Expertise in Laravel (v10.x, v11.x, v12.x) or CodeIgniter for backend development. Strong proficiency in frontend development using Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap CSS, Alpine.js, and Livewire. Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs. Proficient and mandatory use of Docker for development and deployment. Practical experience working with Cloud Providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). English language speaking is mandatory. Proficiency with Git for version control. Experience with CI / CD pipelines. Ability to leverage AI daily for assistance (must-have). Solid understanding of database design and optimization (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills across the full stack. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative remote team. Ability to gather requirements, create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and Software Design Documents (SFDs). Strong task management skills to manage your own tasks on a daily basis. Familiarity with microservices architecture. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit, Pest).

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using PHP and Laravel (v10.x, v11.x, and v12.x).
- Implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces using Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap CSS, Alpine.js, and Livewire.
- Develop and integrate robust RESTful APIs for seamless data flow between frontend and backend.
- Contribute to the architecture and development of our microservices-based platform.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI / UX designers, and QA engineers, to define, design, and ship new features.
- Utilize Docker for local development, testing, and deployment environments (must-have).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the stack.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to established standards.
