Emoluments

Contract Type : Undetermined period contract

Details of Fixed Salary : (All figures in PKR i.e., Pakistan Rupees)

  • Slabs (FH on A320 family) : / / / / / / / / 5000+
  • Total Fixed Salary : 1,053,200 / / 1,477,800 / / 1,649,400 / / 1,737,400 / / 1,825,400

Boeing Ex-Factored Hours :

For the determination of salary slabs as mentioned above, Captains and First Officers with prior Boeing experience will have their Boeing flying hours in the respective position (Captain or First Officer) factored with a maximum cap of 3,000 hours. Any Airbus family flying hours (A320 / 321 / 330) will be added on top of the hours calculated from Boeing experience.

Emoluments – Part 2

  • Seniority Allowance : A Seniority Allowance of PKR 50,000 per month will be payable, effective from the anniversary date of joining, any unpaid leave will be excluded from this period. The allowance will increase annually until it reaches a maximum cap of PKR 150,000 per month. Once this cap is reached, no further increases will be made unless amended by the Company.
  • Command Upgrade : You will receive an allowance of PKR 250,000 per month effective once you have crossed 3500 hours on the A320F, sign the commitment letter, and cross 3500 hours on the A320F, successfully complete proficiency checks (minimum 2 OPCs after the skill test) and will be reaching the command training within the next months. Insurance Premium Deduction : A deduction of PKR 5,000 per month will be applicable against insurance premium.
  • Fuel Card : Pilot’s with 800+ hours on A320 will be provided with a pre-paid fuel card to cover fuel expenses with a maximum expense limit of PKR 30,000 per month
  • SIM Card : Pilot’s with 800+ hours on A320 will be provided with a post-paid SIM card with a maximum limit of PKR 5,000 per month. Any usage above this limit will be deducted from your monthly salary
  • Emoluments – Part 3

    Flying Variable Pay for Credit Block hours :

    Credit Block Hours Rate per Credit Block Hour

    1 to 30 hours PKR 5,000 | 31 to 60 hours PKR 8,500 | 61 to 85 hours PKR 12,000 | 86 to 100 hours PKR 14,000 | Above 100 hours PKR 16,000

  • Duty Hour Pay : Every Duty hour will be paid at PKR 1,000 per actual duty hour (Duration of the Flight Duty from Sign-in to Sign-out).
  • Credit hours for day flights will be paid at 1 time the credit block hour’s allowance.
  • Credit hours for night flights will be paid at 1.3 times the credit block hour’s allowance (Departure from 1830 to 0629 Hours Local time).
  • Working during off days : If you have been called for duty on your rostered day off, you will be paid PKR 10,000 in addition to the Flying Allowance.
  • On Board Meal : Free Meal will be provided for the operating crew.
  • End of service Gratuity : For every 12 months of service, Gratuity will be paid equivalent to one-month Fixed Gross Salary including Fixed Flying allowance.
  • Benefits

  • Medical Insurance : You will enjoy a cover for self, spouse and up to 3 children under the age of 18 years who are residing in Pakistan.
  • Travel Benefits : Unlimited Standby Tickets on Air Arabia Group’s network. Unmarried employee : 1. Unlimited for self & parents. 2. Four sectors standby for only 2 nominated siblings. Married Employee : 1. Unlimited for self, spouse, children & parents. 2. Four sectors for only 2 nominated siblings.
  • Annual Free Ticket : One Annual Free Firm Ticket on Air Arabia / Fly Jinnah Network for employees who have completed 6 months of service. Self and nominees eligible : Unmarried : One for self & parents and brothers / sisters (2 siblings) (names updated annually; changes not allowed during year). Married : One ticket yearly for self, spouse & children.
  • MYID Travel Benefit : Effective after 6 months from joining as per MYID travel policy. Other Airlines Rebated Tickets : Discounted tickets through MYID travel system for self, spouse and children (below 23 yrs). Purchases via MYID travel system require credit card. Access ends on departure from the company.
  • Paid Leave : 30 calendar days per annum
  • Qualification & Experience

  • Max Age : 47
  • Pakistani Nationals
  • A320 Type Rated
  • CPL / ATPL License
  • Minimum 2000 Civil Commercial Jet Operation hours
  • At least 800 SIC hours on A320
  • Experience on A320 family within the last 12 months
  • Valid A320 type rating and IR on the license (minimum 2 months validity at the time of joining)
  • Valid ELP (Level 4 or above)
  • Valid Class 1 Medical
  • Seniority level
