Business Development Representative (Must be German Speaking) We are looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) with a strong interest or background in ERP solutions such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar platforms. Within the role, you will play a crucial role in driving pipeline growth across the DACH region — identifying and qualifying new opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and scheduling meetings for the sales and solution teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead Generation : Identify and research prospective clients in the mid-market and enterprise ERP space across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Outbound Outreach : Execute strategic outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to build awareness of the implementation services.
Qualification : Engage prospects to understand their ERP landscape, project timelines, and digital transformation goals; qualify leads based on defined criteria.
Meeting Scheduling : Arrange and coordinate high-quality meetings between qualified prospects and senior sales or project delivery teams.
CRM & Reporting : Maintain accurate CRM data, track engagement, and provide insights to support sales planning and pipeline forecasting.
Collaboration : Partner with marketing and pre-sales teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and qualification frameworks for ERP-focused outreach.
Market Intelligence : Monitor ERP market trends and competitor activity to identify new sectors or accounts with transformation potential.
Key Requirements
Language Proficiency : Fluent German (C1 or higher) and professional English skills.
Experience : 2+ years in a Business Development, Sales Development, or Lead Generation role.
Experience engaging with clients in ERP, SaaS, or technology consulting (NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
