Job description

Job Description :

  • Authorise vouchers, double entries and maintain accounting database entries in the accounting software.
  • Prepare year-end financial statements.
  • Overlook and report daily bank position.
  • Finalise periodic bank and accounts reconciliation.
  • Monitor & check cash movement including petty cash.
  • Prepare and execute accounts payables / receivables.
  • Management of all billing, purchasing, receipts and expenses.
  • Record and maintain all export and import transactions / remittances.
  • Record and maintain refunds and rebates.
  • Prepare, maintain and be able to file FBR income tax, withholding tax and sales tax returns.
  • Prepare monthly payroll.
  • Organise proper documents and respond to letters and notices from any government departments such as FBR, SBP and sales tax office.
  • Handle all bank correspondence / communication.
  • Knowledge of work related to SESSI & EOBI.
  • Any other accounts related tasks assigned by the management.

Job Specification :

  • Must be a graduate in Accounts from a reputed educational institute.
  • Experience of at least 5 years in the accounts department of textile sector or related manufacturing industry.
  • Good skills of Microsoft Office.
  • Good verbal and communication skills in Urdu and English.
  • Must be very responsible and honest and be able to independently manage all accounts and banking matters of the company.
