Customer Sales Representative - Truck Dispatch

Find and reach out to potential customers who need truck dispatch services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service. Work with the operations team to make sure that loads are coordinated smoothly, deliveries are on time, and customers are happy. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and what competitors are doing so you can come up with new sales strategies and find new sales opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Job Specification Qualifications : Experience in truck dispatching or sales is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
