TecRec Pvt Ltd, a specialist in recruitment and business services, is hiring a Senior Business Development Executive / Manager to lead and expand its business outreach. This is a full-time remote opportunity, based in Lahore, ideal for ambitious professionals who are keen to drive growth, build lasting client relationships, and play a strategic role in the company’s expansion.
As part of a flexible work environment, the selected candidate will have the option to work remotely or from the company's Lahore-based office. This role is performance-driven and suited for individuals with a strong background in business development, particularly within the recruitment or business services sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to accelerate revenue growth
Develop and implement targeted sales and business development strategies
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Prepare business proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain updated records in CRM and prepare regular performance reports
Represent the organization at client meetings and industry events
Eligibility Criteria :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
4+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience or network in recruitment or business services is an added advantage
