We’re looking for an experienced
Real Estate Acquisition Specialist
who can confidently communicate with motivated sellers, analyze deals, and negotiate property contracts. You’ll be working directly with our acquisitions team and U.S. clients, helping us identify and close profitable investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inbound and outbound calls with property owners.
Negotiate purchase prices and terms with sellers.
Manage leads through CRM systems (Podio, BatchLeads, etc.).
Collaborate with the dispositions and transaction team for smooth deal flow.
Follow up on warm and cold leads consistently.
Requirements
Prior experience in
U.S. real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or sales
(at least 1 year preferred).
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills .
Strong understanding of
real estate terminology and process
(ARV, MAO, Comps).
Ability to work during
U.S. business hours. ( 7pm - 3 am Pakistan Time) .
Familiarity with tools like
BatchLeads, PropStream, Zillow, Podio, or CallTools
is a plus.

Base salary (PKR 40k-70k ; depending on experience) + healthy commissions
per closed deal.
