Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant field

Energy Solutions (Private) Limited (ESL) is a leading service company in the Power Generation sector, committed to helping customers navigate the complexities of power generation equipment from 1kVA to 2500 kVA. Our mission encompasses not just selection and purchase, but also installation, operation, and maintenance, emphasizing strong relationships with our fleet customers. We are currently seeking fresh graduates for the position of Application Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lahore.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement solar panel systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
Perform site assessments to determine feasibility and optimal placement of solar panels.
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to customize solar solutions that meet specific energy needs.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for solar panel installations and operations.
Conduct performance testing and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, installation guides, and maintenance procedures.
Utilize HelioScope for solar project design, analysis, and optimization.
Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for project efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in solar technology and industry trends.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Application Engineer or in a similar role within the solar industry.

Strong knowledge of solar panel systems, inverters, and related components.

Proficiency in design and simulation software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, HelioScope).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.

Job Specification

Basic understanding of electrical / electronic systems and power generation.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and engineering software.
