Job Descriptions :

As a Manual QA Tester at the company, you will focus on ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards through hands-on manual testing. You will collaborate closely with our QA Engineer, developers, and product managers to design test plans, execute test cases, and thoroughly document results. Your work will help drive confidence in every release and deliver a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Test Design and Planning : Create, document, and maintain test cases and test plans. Perform risk analysis to identify high-priority areas of testing. Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure adequate test coverage.

Testing and Execution : Execute comprehensive manual testing for web and mobile applications. Record, track, and report test results and defects. Identify, isolate, and document bugs and inconsistencies. Verify fixes and ensure issues are fully resolved before release.

Continuous Improvement : Contribute to strengthening QA processes and standards. Provide feedback on product features, usability, and workflows. Support adoption of tools and practices that improve test efficiency.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on manual testing.

Proven ability to design and execute detailed manual test cases and test plans.

Experience testing SaaS and / or on-premises software solutions preferred.

Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail).

Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and escalating issues.

Remote - Full Time

Experience : 3-5 years

Days : Monday to Friday

Timing :

2 hours overlap with Canadian hours (9 pm - 11 pm PKT). Rest of the times are flexible.
