Web Development Manager

We are looking for a creative individual with excellent project management and programming skills. This position will be responsible for managing and maintaining web-based projects, from initiation through post-launch implementation and maintenance, and directly communicating project status with the management.

Projects usually include a graphic design phase, a development phase, and then a post-launch phase. Some projects include custom development to deliver client-specific functionality.

Job Description

• Communicating directly with management to define the scope and timeline.
• Managing a team of designers and developers to get the projects completed.
• Generating creative ideas to keep the web design and content fresh.
• QA of the work generated by designers and developers.
• Creating timelines and tracking progress of multiple projects, making sure they are on time and on budget.
