We\'re starting this journey by building an online skills-based assessment tool, designed to aid companies in selecting the best talent for their needs. As we stand at the precipice of this exciting endeavor, we need someone special to help us realize this vision.

What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Designing and implementing user-facing features using ReactJS
  • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
  • Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
  • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
  • Collaborating with back-end developers and product managers to improve usability
  • Writing and maintaining robust and scalable code

Who We\'re Looking For

  • 2+ years of Proven work experience as a Frontend Developer, preferably with strong experience in ReactJS
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
  • Experience with data structure libraries and RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • A knack for benchmarking and optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude

  • Working Hours : 11am to 8pm PKT
  • Holidays : Local Holidays + 20 PTO
  • Salary : PKR 80,000 to PKR 140,000
