3. Job Description
3.1 Sales strategies : Assist in setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
3.2 New customer development
Business coverage as per priority level : Energy storage >electric mobility >
other related to lithium-ion batteries.
Identifying markets to find new sales opportunities.Communicate deeply with potential customers, accurately identify business pain points, procurement needs, and decision-making processes, provide targeted solutions, and promote the conversion of customer needs into cooperation intentions.Lead business negotiations for new customer cooperation, coordinate with team in headquarter to resolve issues during negotiations, and facilitate the signing of cooperation agreements.3.3 Customer relationship maintainance
Maintaining current key customer relationship.Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.3.4 Project implementation
Identify customer needs and prompt current standard products.Collaborate with team in headquarter to complete the development and implementation of new products.3.5 Market research & Product development
Promoting Joycube brand in business development.Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.Participate in product development planning and guide product definition.3.6 Payment collection
Verify the account information of the accounts receivable under your responsibility and follow up on the progress of payment.Regularly sort out overdue accounts receivable, analyze the reasons, formulate targeted collection strategies, and implement them to ensure timely repayment of goods and reduce bad debt risks.3.7 Others
Assisting the headquarters in resolving after-sales services of energy storage lithium batteries.Meeting weekly, and monthly sales targets analysis.Participating in sales team meetings.Other tasks assigned by superiors.Job Specification
1. Educational background / requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or similar.A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.2. Skill requirement
Familiar with business, market environment, and international trade operating standards, with independent market development capabilities and familiarity with customer complaint processes.Proficient in OFFICE software, fluent in spoken English, with a driver's license and driving skills.3. Work experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development, familiar with solar PV and inverters or battery field.4. Others
