About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Developer (Amazon Connect) to design and deliver cloud-based contact center applications leveraging AWS and Amazon Connect. The role is fully remote and ideal for a senior engineer with strong technical depth in AWS cloud telephony and customer engagement platforms .
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Amazon Connect solutions for call center operations.
- Develop IVR workflows , custom integrations, and serverless backends using AWS Lambda.
- Collaborate with global teams to build, test, and deploy production-ready contact center applications.
- Leverage AWS native services for scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Lead technical discussions, provide code reviews, and ensure best practices across development cycles.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of total IT experience with a strong development background.3+ years of experience working on Amazon Connect implementations.Expertise in AWS Cloud ecosystem (Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway).Strong understanding of telephony concepts , call routing, and SIP protocols.Experience integrating contact center systems with CRM or ERP solutions .Preferred Qualifications
AWS Developer / Architect certification.Knowledge of AI / ML integration , chatbots, or voice bots using Amazon Lex.Hands‑on experience with automation, monitoring, and analytics tools for contact centers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
