Sales Executive – Social Media & Digital Platforms

Twinexo is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic

Sales Executive

to drive growth through top digital platforms such as

Discord, Twitter, Twitch, Reddit, Meta (Facebook), Bluesky, and YouTube

• . In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, generating leads, and building meaningful relationships with potential clients via social media and online communities.

As a key member of our team, you will leverage social media platforms to promote Twinexo’s IT solutions and digital transformation services. Your goal will be to engage with potential clients and build connections that will drive business growth.

Responsibilities : Lead Generation

: Engage and connect with potential clients on social platforms such as Discord, Twitter, Twitch, Reddit, Meta, Bluesky, and YouTube. Relationship Building

: Initiate and nurture conversations with decision-makers and key influencers in relevant online communities to turn leads into business opportunities. Content Engagement

: Respond to inquiries, comments, and direct messages to build rapport and provide solutions through custom IT services. Sales Outreach

: Promote Twinexo’s digital transformation services, engaging with the community to drive interest and encourage conversions. Tracking & Reporting

: Monitor platform engagement and performance, providing regular reports on outreach and lead generation success. Collaboration

: Work closely with marketing to create platform-specific campaigns and messaging that resonate with our target audience. Qualifications :

Experience

: Proven track record in social media sales or community management, with strong expertise in

Discord, Twitter, Twitch, Reddit, Meta (Facebook), Bluesky, and YouTube

: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for building relationships and driving engagement. Digital Sales

: Experience with

lead generation

, sales outreach, and converting leads through social platforms. Motivation

: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while being a strong team player. Tech-Savvy

: Familiar with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) and CRM systems. Industry Knowledge

: Understanding of

digital transformation
