Our Potential Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in routers, firewalls , wireless solutions , and networking technologies . This role will focus on ensuring optimal network performance, security, and scalability across our organization.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, preferably Fortinet, including VPNs, policies, NAT, UTM, and HA setups.
• Manage, maintain and optimize wireless networks, preferably Ruckus, including SmartZone controllers and AP configurations.
• Manage Cisco switches and routers, including VLANs, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, ACLs, and QoS settings.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure network security through continuous updates, patching, and compliance with best practices.
• Maintain detailed network documentation including topology diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Provide support for network incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT and cybersecurity teams to support infrastructure projects and initiatives.
• Assist with network capacity planning, scalability, and future upgrades.
