KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Create strategic action plan and cost estimates of materials, time, labour, and other resources required for the projects.
Completes technical studies and prepares cost estimates for projects.
Develop project networks, arrange project review with site teams.
Coordinate internal & external teams and manage contractors for the execution of projects.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
Conduct site progress and safety meetings with contractors.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Coordinate with finance teams for asset capitalization.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Manage suppliers / commissioning engineers visit and payments.
Coordinate with procurement teams to manage on time supplier deliveries.
Ensure that all projects are delivered safely, on-time, within agreed scope and within budget.
Develop detailed project handover documentation and handover to site team.
