We have a position vacant in our Karachi office for an Accounts Manager to manage all financial transactions, from payables and receivables to bank deposits and import documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare financial bidding documentation
  • Handle monthly and annual returns
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Audit financial transactions and documentation
  • Handle all import-related procedures and documentation

To be successful in this role, you must have experience handling freight forwarders and clearing agents for air and sea shipments.

Job Specification

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as an Accountant
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks and others
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Location : Karachi, Pakistan
