We are currently seeking a SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY MANAGER to join our talented team. Here you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.

Location : remote.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of the company and brand ambassador across all social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute the social media strategy aligned with NAGA’s overall marketing goals.
  • Manage and grow social media channels , including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create and post video content (1–3 times per week) for use across social media and marketing channels.
  • Engage with audiences on proprietary platforms (e.g., NAGA Feed & Messenger) and other social media communities.
  • Monitor and moderate conversations on owned channels daily, ensuring compliance with Community Guidelines & Moderation Policies.
  • Identify and respond to crises or escalations in a timely and professional manner, collaborating with Compliance and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in real‑time online conversations to build awareness, promote engagement, and manage reputation.
  • Gather community insights, identify user pain points, and share feedback with the marketing and product teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on communication strategies, campaigns, and brand messaging.
  • Provide strategic input on campaign concepts and social initiatives.
  • Track emerging trends and technologies in social media and suggest innovative ways to engage with target audiences.
  • Publish urgent announcements and ensure timely communication with online communities.

Requirements

  • Native or C2‑level proficiency in German (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – confident in front of the camera and comfortable producing video content.
  • Proven experience in social media management, community management, or digital marketing.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive or crisis situations calmly and professionally.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive, creative, and audience‑focused mindset.
  • Willingness to be the public face of the brand and engage actively with the community.
