As a

Remote E-commerce Account Manager , you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and strategy for our accounts on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Flipkart, Shopify, and others. You will play a key role in ensuring account performance, listing optimization, advertising, promotions, inventory, and customer service meet brand and revenue goals. Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) for e-commerce platforms. Monitor and analyze account health, product performance, traffic, conversion rates, and rankings. Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns (e.g., Amazon PPC, Sponsored Ads, Deals). Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries. Handle customer issues, returns, reviews, and seller performance metrics to maintain high ratings. Analyze sales data and trends to drive insights and revenue growth strategies. Stay updated on e-commerce policies, trends, competitor activities, and marketplace updates. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for content creation and brand consistency. Requirements

2+ years of experience managing e-commerce accounts on platforms like Amazon, Noon, Flipkart, or Shopify. Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, listing optimization, and digital advertising. Proficient in using seller platforms and tools (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout). Analytical mindset with excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts / projects remotely. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with international marketplaces (e.g., Amazon US, UK, UAE, or KSA). Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or Facebook Ads Manager. Previous experience in consumer goods, fashion, electronics, or FMCG sectors. What We Offer
