PHP 5 backend development for dynamic database-driven website & strong MVC concept with proven experience Requirements analysis Actively participating in database structure development Effectively coordinating with team members Developing PHP backend code for pre-created site Coordinating with the QA team to resolve bugs Hosting and implementation of the system on a web server Active participation in R&D Excellent problem-solving skills Superior attention to details Job Specification

Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for team members. Provide accurate effort estimates for deliverables. Be committed to the deadlines through follow-up of tasks with team members. Research and actively learn about new technologies and introduce them into the infrastructure. Resolve technical issues that are escalated by junior and mid-level developers. Work closely with the CTO / Development Manager to assist in the analysis, evaluation, and recommendation of new applications and technologies appropriate to the company. Candidates with references & demonstrable work experience will be given preference. Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Exceptionally self-motivated and directed. Expert knowledge of PHP-related development technologies core PHP and OOPS. Proven experience of at least one MVC Framework. Advanced knowledge of MySQL, PDO, JavaScript / jQuery, CSS with LESS and SASS, HTML / HTML5. Work experience using Git / Bitbucket is a plus. Must be able to demonstrate technical skills. Excellent knowledge of web services; RESTful service experience with writing web services for mobile apps is required. Programming Languages

Not mandatory but considered a huge plus : Lumen / Laravel, Node.js (Meteor, Mean). Databases

MySQL, MySqli, PDO; knowledge of MongoDB + Mongoose is a huge plus. Interface Protocols & Standards

jQuery, PDO, PayPal Integration, JSON, Web Services, Graph API, RESTful services, OAuth 2.0, Google Map API. Processes
