Job descriptionStrong problem-solving and programming skills. Proficiency in Ruby and familiarity with Scala or willingness to learn Scala if not already experienced. 3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails in production environments. 2 years of experience in at least one of the modern JavaScript front-end frameworks (e.g. Stimulus React Vue or Angular) and UI design systems like Tailwind CSS. Solid understanding of functional programming object-oriented design and database design principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with developing Ruby gems Flutter & AWS is a huge bonus but not required.

Tasks
- Writing clean high-quality high-performance maintainable code
- Develop and support software including applications database integration interfaces and new functionality enhancements
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure the project meets business objectives and compliance standards
- Supports testing and deployment of new products and features.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Take ownership of project outcomes and drive the resolution of challenges with urgency and focus.
