Job Description : Job Overview :
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, closing sales, and achieving revenue targets. This is a performance-focused role requiring strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and prospects
- Present and demonstrate products / services to potential clients in a persuasive and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to optimize outreach efforts
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field1–2 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a target-driven environmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong selling and closing abilitiesSelf-motivated with a results-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plusFluency in English and UrduPreferred :
