Job Responsibilities
Leads and manages the maximization of sales growth in their departments. Takes opportunities to identify and grow new business opportunities and prospects. Supports an environment of risk-taking and innovation to drive sales. Actively engages in the business planning process to achieve results and coaches managers accordingly. Sets strategies, sales goals, and targets for their departments and communicates these to associates, ensuring understanding of the connection between store financial success and bonus programs. Responsible for the scorecard results in their departments. Leverages and develops the sales capabilities of associates by establishing foundations for selling techniques and company programs. Leads, promotes, and coaches selling, cultivating an inspired selling culture. Models, promotes, and holds others accountable for customer service excellence. Takes ownership of the customer service resolution process within their departments. Additional Responsibilities
Maintain monthly sales forecast and pipeline. Increase awareness and interest in Vision solutions within assigned territories or accounts. Maintain high knowledge of Vision products, roadmaps, competitors, pricing, market share, and key differentiators. Establish relationships with strategic accounts. Manage existing key accounts. Create and execute detailed sales plans to achieve revenue objectives. Job Specification
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle diverse problems / projects. Exercise significant independent judgment to meet objectives. Ability to stay focused on goals and objectives. Deep technical knowledge of product offerings and ROI / TCO. Willingness to travel 25%-50% within the assigned territory. Operate and make decisions in complex environments with minimal tactical direction. Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a high energy drive. Strong presentation, sales, negotiation, and influencing skills. Effective at qualifying sales opportunities and managing time efficiently. Preferred Background
Prior security product experience (CCTV, access control, intrusion, fire safety) - a must. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Minimum of a Graduate degree. 5 to 7 years of outside sales experience in an industrial environment. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in technology sales. Vertical industry knowledge.
